Returns, can I get one?

Sure. We take returns for any reason, and we’ll comp your shipping too. Just follow the steps on the return label included in your package. Still have questions? Contact our Customer Support team and we’ll get you set up with everything you need to get the return processed quickly and easily.

The item I ordered isn’t exactly what I wanted. Can I exchange it?

No prob. Just follow the steps on the return label included in your package. Still have questions? Contact our Customer Support team and we’ll get you set up with a shipping label, as well as start the process of getting your updated order to you. No mess. Just easy exchanges.

How quickly will I receive my stuff?

We ship within 1-2 business days of receiving your order, so you can start living the SHARPLY life as soon as possible.

Do you ship internationally?

Heck yeah, we do! Unfortunately, these orders won’t receive free shipping and free returns. We charge a $14 flat rate for any order that is outside the continental United States. Global disclaimer: there may be some places we can’t get to; not likely, but we’ll let you know if that happens. We’re here to take care of you!

How do I care for my denim?

We recommend washing your jeans in cold water and hanging them to dry. Using hot water or machine drying them can cause the jeans to shrink in length up to as much as 1.5”. For the first wash, we highly recommend washing your jeans in cold water alone to ensure that the indigo does not get on anything else. Blue rubbing off on your hands or other items is a natural part of owning a new pair of indigo jeans and is, in fact, supposed to rub off to show fade and wear lines. This will subside after a few wearings and washings. If you do happen to get it on your hands or other items, just a little soap and water will do the trick.

What if I need to hem my jeans?

Feel free to take your new premium denim to a tailor and ask them to maintain the original hem for best results.

 Is this t-shirt really that soft?

Heck yeah, it is. When we started this project we knew we had to work with Sonya Trejo who is well known for her timeless designs and technical wash capabilities, not to mention she understands the importance of great fit. She helped us to develop high-quality knit tops that are not only a fantastic fit and value, they are softer than the ones who claim to have "absurdly soft tee shirts." 

Can I give someone a gift card?
